As the Head of TEDxMAIS 2025, I was responsible for managing the event's budgeting, sponsorships, and overall financial planning. I oversaw all payments, reimbursements, and vendor coordination, ensuring smooth financial operations throughout the planning and execution stages. Under my leadership, our team successfully raised nearly ₹5 lakhs in sponsorships, enabling us to host a high-impact TEDx event. This experience strengthened my skills in financial management, team coordination, and working efficiently in high-pressure environments.
